“I have researched in depth some of the difficulties that managers have had to face in their organisations and the impact that changes in their leadership behaviour can have in their workplace. By bringing together my knowledge of the corporate world with occupational psychology, I pragmatically help leaders to develop their self-awareness, insight, agility and emotional control to create the most optimal outcomes for their businesses”.
