“My drive is about helping people be their best. The privilege of working in elite sport has afforded me the opportunity to develop and support truly exceptional people and as a result understand how the world’s top performers think, feel and behave. I am passionate about working with organisations, teams and individuals to help them become their own version of an Olympic champion.”
